This process unfolds the sacred dimension of sex, restoring the orgasmic free flow of the life energy in the male and female bodies. It empowers the meeting between two lovers with healing forces, refined bodily sensations, fulfilling intimacy and trusting togetherness.

The retreat supports lovers in opening up their bodies to the energetic force of orgasm and to circulate it between them so that it expands in their light bodies. The energy that we generate while building up orgasm in the body is very precious. Not only does it awaken orgasm, it also awakens us! For this to happen our Tantric Master Leela has created a method which consists of bridging orgasmic energy with our light bodies. The first step is to connect our first, second and third bodies and, then, to connect those to the first, second and third bodies of our partner too.. This is what we explore in the retreat.

The first, second and third bodies…
While our energy flows freely in the body it starts expanding beyond the first, or physical, body. It triggers our second body – a space where we feel more spacious, sensual, fluid and, most of all, connected. It offers a deep feeling of togetherness with life and with our partner. Here we touch the dimension of belonging to each together for the first time. It is very corporal and emotional. The body and emotions are balanced, flowing. The partners are grounded in life, in the body and are emotionally harmonious. They know how to express their deep emotional and bodily needs in simplicity. When the expansion goes deeper, it reaches the third body. There we experience unity beyond our personality. While in the second and first body, personality is still very present, here it disappears. The third body teaches the lovers to meet beyond their personalities. It offers us the opportunity to let go of what we think we are into something bigger then us. For the first time we meet beyond needs.

The importance of the physical body…
To explore the potential of expansion of our orgasmic energy, we first take time to open and relax the body and the sex center. This is a very important step. Without a free flow of energy in the body, expansion in light bodies is nearly impossible. During the retreat, we explore different ways, methods, massage, and sharing to unlock the full amount of energy available. This energy can be present in sex while we are in lovemaking as much as when we are simply doing nothing! We develop presence in the sensations arising in the body while it is touched by our partner, the wind, water, the sun… It teaches lovers to bring their bodily sensitivity to a maximum of aliveness. This is how we reach more pleasure, and pleasure is a door to expansion. The more pleasure fills the body, the senses when we are present, the more we have the possibility to expand into bliss, ecstasy, awakening, and silence…

Sharing love energy…
In this circle, sexual energy is lifted up to the heart and taken back down to the sex. It means that the heart is flooded with life force and expands into love. The energy can then flow back down to the sex center has love force. The sexual energy becomes a love flow in the body. It is a very powerful, nurturing force that the lovers share with each other. Sexual energy evolves into conscious Love energy which transforms the lover’s relationship totally.

Orgasmic and orgasm…
While the love energy is flowing in the heart-sex circle, the physical body and the fourth body* are nourished with a new vibration, a new light. When the physical body receives love, it relaxes on a deep level. The cells get rejuvenated. The organs are strengthened and tensions, blockages are released. The physical body is more vital, but more so, it becomes orgasmic. And this is the most “rewarding” benefit of opening the sex-love circle. This is the key: When love flows in the body, we are orgasmic. Love energy flowing in the physical body is creating a constant orgasmic vibration. It is as if the body is being tickled by a warm light all the time! Picture this: Love is making love to our body! You have two lovers at the same time: Your physical partner and Love itself! When the sex-heart circle is deeply open, there is only Love. The lovers disappear, only love remains…

While being orgasmic can be a constant state, orgasm is very impermanent. It generally lasts from a few seconds to a few minutes. Some people refer to extended orgasm, which can last for a few hours. They refer to full body orgasm, which means the life force released during orgasm  floods the whole body. It is a very beautiful, powerful experience – very nourishing. It can open the door of the heart center and for a moment a deep experience of ecstasy can occur. But however beautiful this can be, it will not remain. The energy will fade away and so will the ecstasy. Orgasm is a short lightening, while being orgasmic is a constant state of light. Which doesn’t mean that orgasm is not needed for being orgasmic. The combination of life force and love is a deep orgasmic marriage. If the lovers are circulating love energy in the sex-heart circle, the orgasm will be lifted up to the heart when it happens. It explodes in the whole body and heart. Then it is no longer a sexual release in the body. It is a love explosion in the body and orgasm becomes a way to strengthen our orgasmic state.

The fourth body*
When the sex-heart circle is open, our physical body and the fourth body become linked. The fourth body is our temple of love. There we feel like a god or goddess for the first time. And most of all, there we become rooted in Trust, a deep trust in existence, in everything that happens to us. It allows the relationship with our beloved to move away from bad and good, from yes and no, from manipulation, from trying to change the other according to our wishes. In the fourth body exists a deep trust, understanding and consciousness that the other and ourselves are divine. It allows the lovers to relate with each other on a level of love that goes beyond sentimental, romantic love. It becomes a profound spiritual experience of love.
