This retreat supports you in opening up to an extended orgasmic state of unity. We like to awaken our potential of unity through the body. Tantra has developed many keys to get to this state of unity, one of them is orgasm. Orgasm is a natural state of unity brought about by the body when different polarities melt together. Tantric methods offer a way to prolong this state of unity by staying present at the moment of orgasm. It is a subtle play of letting go into pleasure and, at the same time, staying present. It requires we build up awareness, relaxation and trust.

During the retreat, we take time to gently open the body, the senses, and the sex center to the flow of energy rising at the moment of orgasm. In this way, we gain trust in letting go into deep pleasure – into something bigger than ourselves – and in centering ourselves in the inner Watcher. We combine different tantric methods where women and men support each other with massage, breathing sessions, and specific meditations. We develop a supportive, loving and sacred environment where everyone can feel safe to open up to the intimate play of orgasm in the body. Women and men are sometimes separated to work on different issues belonging to the uniqueness of their gender.

One of the main issues we look at is Sex and the Divine within us.
Even though we yearn for orgasm, we are afraid of it at the same time. We carry a dilemma brought about by education, and social or religious conditioning: “Sex is dirty, bad, wrong, evil… It is God´s gift, but only to make children… If you enjoy sex you are a whore…” You might think at first that you aren’t affected by these kind of beliefs, but they are play in the background and constantly limit your bliss. Sex and the Divine have been taboo for millennia. This has become a disease in humanity. We need healing, love and understanding to restore the natural possibility of rejoicing with the divine through sex. During the retreat we give you the space and tools to regain the association of sex and the divine inside of you. We explore how the heart has a major role in opening the sexual energy flow and how orgasm can be a divine expression of love.

What is happening at the moment of orgasm?
While orgasm is triggered in the body it opens a space beyond the body, linked to the heart and consciousness. The energy of orgasm first rushes in the body, flooding our senses with pleasure. Then at it opens a door to the beyond. This happens in a split second, a small moment that we miss most of the time, because of a lack of awareness. This moment is very precious. It shows us where we come from. It is a moment “back home” in which everything is aligned within us: sex, heart and consciousness. If we catch hold of it, it is the greatest orgasm existence can offer us…

What is orgasm?
“…This is a very beautiful subject, but difficult to speak about because we have many ideas about it. In short definition: It is a state of unity in which different polarities come together. A big example: Darkness and light coming together. To come to something more easily to relate with: Within our body we have different polarities playing. When they trigger each other there are explosions and implosions, just different types of orgasm. The basic understanding is falling into the state of unity. We can reach it through many different doors. The one best know is sex. It is actually very narrow to put it down to sex only. We have many senses which are all doors to the state of unity. If you were to have been listening carefully when we were playing music before, you´d also come to orgasm. Two things came together: The music and you. These two vibrations of energy tuning to each other could come into orgasm, into unity. These orgasms open you to different state of consciousness. In Tantra, we work a lot on the dimension of orgasm, because of its quality of unity. I try not to narrow it to the sex center. The whole body can open all its doors to orgasm. Everything that reaches your body can give you an orgasm, even the noise on the street. If you relax, you get into the vibration and here it is. Unity is here. Orgasm is here. It is beautiful to play with this. It also takes away the idea that orgasm only belongs to sex, to lovemaking and that’s it. This is a beautiful way to explore it. Why not orgasm everywhere? Why not when you are sitting in the bus going to your office? Why not letting it happen there too?…”

“The woman’s energy in the moment of ovulation or in the moment of menstruation is totally different and if used and understood properly, this can bring the woman to a high state of consciousness, wisdom, maturity, creativity.
In the group I share Tantric meditations connected to these different stages of the cycle. It helps the woman to be in the flow of her energy and make the best out of it in her daily life, relationship and work. I have been experimenting a lot on my own, under the guidance of my Tantric Master.
I have discovered that as a woman, I carry life but also death. That my creative power has its roots in de-creation, in death.
