In this retreat we open the Circle of Light that flows from the sex to the crown of the head. In terms of chakras (energy centers), the circle runs from the first to the seventh chakra. The energy generated in sex is lifted up into the heart by love and then carried further into the seventh center by devotion, silence, and awareness. To enter this circle, the lovers have to expand their cocoon to something bigger than themselves. Devotion and the devotional aspect of orgasm allow the lovers to enter a space bigger than themselves, a space beyond time and form where they can meet as one. It enables them to be a force of love for each other as well as for their family and friends. The lovemaking has a long lasting effect and is deeply fulfilling, enriched with silence and mystical experiences.

Trust, Relaxation, Devotion…
Sexual energy lifted up in the heart becomes associated with love. Sex and love become one. Then lovemaking is an expression of the heart. From this state we start opening up into devotion. The circle becomes bigger. It opens to something bigger than us. First you love your partner; now, in devotion, you simply love. Love flows to your partner as much as to whoever is there around you: family, friends, trees, birds… In devotion the other is more important than you. It requires great trust and relaxation as well as putting aside the ego, personality, power games… In devotion we become nobody and the other becomes somebody. The beauty of applying devotion in a relation is that both partners disappear and appear at the same time. They give birth to each other, to the divine in each other. Lovemaking from this state of devotion is no longer a doing. It is a flow and it isn’t you who moves the flow. Love is flowing you, love is flowing in you…

Unlimited expansion…
Devotion opens up the Circle of Light into unlimited expansion. Once sex and Sahasrar, the seventh center, are joined together a deepening phenomenon happens: expansion. The moment you touch your beloved, it might feel like you touch the stars! You can be here and everywhere at the same time. And even though it might seem like a dream for you to read this, every lover has the potential to come to this level of expansion. The access to it is not as far away as it seems to be. Once you learn to trust your capacity of love uplifting your energy and the meeting with your lover, devotion simply presents itself in the Circle of Light.

Devotion is ecstasy…
Sex is pleasurable by nature , but it is very limited when it stays at the base of the spine. In the Circle of Light we guide the sexual energy through the spine. Devotion is the main key for thisto happen. Of course we breathe, we visualize, we move into special gestures, but the underlying force of these methods is devotion, because only in devotion we are ecstatic. Devotion creates a rush of very ecstatic energy in our body. Whatever is done with devotion, lovemaking or simply looking at your beloved, will open the energy flow of ecstasy in you once you have centered your trust in devotion.

The miracle of trust…
There is no miracle if you are not trusting. This is a very basic understanding while coming to this retreat. Trust is the first requirement previous to the jump. You can’t jump if you don’t have trust. You will be paralyzed. This retreat is to anchor you deeply in your trust: Trust in love, in the togetherness with your partner, trust in everything bigger than you, trust in life…
