Refund and Return policy

Right of withdrawal

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. The period will expire14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third-party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. After this period of 14 days have expired, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract and return the goods by an unequivocal statement (you can contact us through the contact form). The returned item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Downloadable software products are exempt from being returned.
If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal by email and include information on how to return the goods.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or a person authorized by us to receive the goods, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Please note that there are some legal exceptions to the right to withdraw, and some items (for example all the downloadable products) can therefore not be returned or exchanged. We will let you know if this applies in your particular case.
