This retreat guides you to embody not only the physical body, but your orgasmic body named the ‘Tantra Body’.

The Tantra Body is the body that unites all of what you are and that experiences life’s unity through all the senses, feelings, and thoughts. The ‘Tantra Body’ is your foundation on the Path of Awakening and living a balanced, fulfilling and conscious life. The retreat process aims to restore coherence among the body, heart, and mind, bypassing mechanisms and conditioning that generate a sense of separation, bodily tension, and a lack of love and awareness. During the retreat, you are provided with the space, situations, and methods to birth your ‘Tantra Body’ by reviving your sense of wonder, spontaneity and sacredness, by opening your sensuality, your body’s capacity for pleasure, and activating your ability to be present in the moment.

“We tend to live life through the mind’s conditioning. In our societies, the mind has become the centre of our experiences. We particularly favour one of the mind’s mechanisms that separates, divides, and interprets over its intuitive nature. Allowing the rational, analytical side of the mind to dominate causes us to bypass direct experience through the body and the heart. Our experiences are coloured by the mind’s judgments: good or bad, like or dislike, but never with wonder or unity from the heart and body. The ego is sustained and strengthened by this mental game, while the body and heart gradually wither from loneliness and neglect. This significantly affects how we relate to life as a whole. It fosters a sense of separation that manifests as tension, numbness, overconsumption, and overexcitement. It cloaks the heart in emotions such as anger, jealousy, and greed. It floods the mind with depressive, anxious, and competitive thoughts. Over time, various illnesses and frustrations develop without us understanding why. We have become victims of our own ignorant and arrogant mind games.
The suffering caused by these games prompts us to make choices about our lives, relationships, society, environment, families, and work that are entirely disconnected from life, nature, love, and consciousness. To return to a harmonious way of living, we need coherence among the body, heart, and mind; what I call the Tantra Body. This involves embodying the physical body, mind, and heart as a single sacred vessel, where senses, breath, sexuality, thoughts, feelings, and emotions work together to manifest the highest expression of consciousness. The Tantra Body is our harmonious state and an authentic way to live. In this united state, we are at our best because rooted in our potential, which is to be a conscious, loving human being at the service of life’s beauty and not a programmed, divided, fearful, destructive, aggressive, arrogant person damaging the very foundation that gives birth to him/her.
