How to get to Meeuwenveen retreat center
By car You can use this address for your navigation system: Meeuwenveenweg 1, 7971 PK Havelte. Or this link for Google Maps. Important: in the morning, traffic can be heavy and create delays. Take this into account when planning your travel so you don’t arrive too late.
Train and taxi Take the train to Meppel station. You can plan your journey online. From Meppel station, you take the Hubtaxi to the retreat center Meeuwenveen in Havelte. It costs about €7.50 and takes about 15 minutes.

Train and bus From Meppel station, take bus line 28 towards Beilen. Get off at stop ‘Havelterbrug’. From the bus stop, it is still a 1.5 km walk to the retreat center. A lovely little road, but not to be done with a wheeled suitcase.

Accomodation a night before or after the retreat We offer you the possibility to book your stay the night before the start of the retreat. Unfortunately, it is not possible to stay a night after the end of the retreat. However, there are places very close to the retreat centre that you can book:
