Payment policy
• The pre-payment needs to be settled within 7 days after receiving the payment request.
• At the start of Retreat 2,3, and 4, you make a cash payment of €400.
• These 4 payments add up to the total amount of €4570 for the discounted First-Year Program.
• To secure your booking for the First-Year Program, you make a pre-payment of €3370.
• Your registration is only final after we have received your pre-payment.

Cancellation policy
• We ask you to notify us as soon as possible if a booking is to be cancelled or changed. Cancellations or changes must be made in writing.
• In case you cancel your participation in the Year Program more than 4 weeks before the start of Retreat 1, €800 of the First-Year Program pre-payment is non-refundable.
• In case you cancel your participation in the Year Program within 4 weeks before the start of Retreat 1, only 50% of the First-Year Program pre-payment is non-refundable.
• In case you cancel during the First-Year Program, €800 of the First-Year Program pre-payment plus the non-discounted course fee of the retreat(s) you participated in is non-refundable.
• In case you cancel one retreat and hereby skip one retreat in the Year Program, the following conditions apply: In case you cancel more than 4 weeks before the start of the retreat only €200 administration costs will be charged for this retreat. If you cancel within 4 weeks before the start of the retreat, 50% of the non-discounted course fee for this retreat will be charged. For the other retreats of the year program that you participate in, you pay the non-discounted course fee.
• In case you decide to leave during a retreat, for whatever reason, the full course fee is charged.
• If WildTantra changes or cancels a retreat, you will be informed by email before the scheduled event starts.
• In case WildTantra is forced to cancel a retreat due to force majeur, including measures taken by the government, WildTantra will try its best to reschedule the retreat. If this is not possible, your pre-payment will be refunded minus the discounted course fee of the retreat(s) you participated in and €50 administration costs.
• In case of cancellation for other reasons by WildTantra, you will receive a 100% refund of the retreat fee.
• In any case of change or cancellation, WildTantra is not liable for any of the travel expenses you might have made or any other costs related to preparing for the event.

• You will receive a payment request for the accommodation fee upon booking the retreat. 6 weeks before the retreat starts, you will receive a payment request for the teaching fee.
• Your registration is only final after we have received your payment of the accommodation fee.
