Payment policy 2026
• The pre-payment needs to be settled within 7 days after receiving the payment request and before the day of the event.
• To secure your booking for the First-Year Program, you make a pre-payment of €3950. Your registration is only final after we have received this pre-payment.
• At the start of Retreat 2,3, and 4, you make a cash payment of €400.
• These 4 payments add up to the total amount of €5150 for the discounted First-Year Program.

Cancellation policy
We hope it will not be necessary to cancel one of our retreats. But, in the event it is needed, the following terms and conditions apply.
We ask that you notify us by email as soon as possible if a booking is to be cancelled or changed.
When you can’t meet the ‘conditions for participation’*, notify us as soon as possible by email. If this results in a cancellation of your participation, the following cancellation policies will apply.
When you book the First-Year Program, we reserve a place for you in all the first-year retreats.
If WildTantra updates its terms and conditions, we will inform the people who are registered to participate in our retreats.

Cancellation before the start of the first retreat
• In case of cancellation of your participation in the Year Program more than 8 weeks before the start of Retreat 1, 25% of the First-Year Program pre-payment is non-refundable.
• In case of cancellation of your participation in the Year Program within 8 weeks before the start of Retreat 1, 50% of the First-Year Program pre-payment is non-refundable.

Cancellation during the First-Year Program
• In case of cancellation of your participation in the First-Year Program after the start of the program, the total amount you will pay for the program will consist of two parts.
The first part is a fee for the place we reserve for you in the retreats of the First-Year Program:
Cancellation before retreat 2  € 1400
Cancellation before retreat 3  € 800
Cancellation before retreat 4  € 300
Plus:
-In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the upcoming retreat, we charge amounts mentioned above, plus the non-discounted course fee of the retreat(s) you participated in.
-In case of cancellation within 6 weeks before the start of the upcoming retreat, we charge amounts mentioned above, plus the non-discounted course fee of the retreat(s) you participated in, plus 50% of the non-discounted course fee of the upcoming retreat.

• In case, for whatever reason, you decide to leave during a retreat, you are not eligible for a refund.
• WildTantra has the right to ask a person to leave the retreat in case their behaviour does not come from a place of respect and sacredness. In this case, our cancellation policy will apply.
• It is not possible to transfer your prepayment to the next year.
• If WildTantra changes or cancels a retreat, you will be informed by email before the scheduled event starts.
• In case of cancellation by WildTantra, you will receive a 100% refund of the retreat fee.
• In case WildTantra is forced to cancel a retreat due to force majeure, including measures taken by the government, WildTantra will try its best to reschedule the retreat. If this is not possible, your pre-payment will be refunded, minus the discounted course fee for the retreat(s) you participated in and €50 in administration costs.
• In any case of change or cancellation, WildTantra is not liable for any of the travel expenses you might have made or any other costs related to preparing for the event.

*Conditions for participation

– You have to follow all retreats consecutively and can’t skip retreats.
– You have to present at all retreat days and can’t arrive later, leave earlier or skip practices.
– If you can’t meet these conditions, this will result in a cancellation of your participation in (the rest of) the year program, and our cancellation policy will apply.

• The course fee consists of two parts: an accommodation fee and a teaching fee.
• The payments need to be settled within 7 days after receiving the payment requests and before the day of the event.
• For the accommodation fee, you will receive a payment request of €1150 upon booking the retreat.
• Your registration is only final after we have received your payment of the accommodation fee.
• For the teaching fee, you will receive a payment request of €1150, 3 months before the retreat starts.
• These 2 payments add up to the total amount of €2300 for the retreat.

Cancellation policy
• We ask you to notify us as soon as possible if a booking is to be cancelled or changed. Cancellations or changes must be made by email.
Accommodation fee:
– In case of cancellation, we will try to find someone else to join the group in your place. If we can give your spot to someone else, we will refund only your accommodation payment.
In case we can’t find someone to take your place, the following policy will apply:
– In case of cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the retreat, you get a refund of 50% of the accommodation fee.
– In case of cancellation of your participation within 3 months of the start of the retreat, the accommodation fee is not refundable.
Teaching fee:
– In case of cancellation of your participation more than 4 weeks before the start of the retreat, 50% of the teaching fee is non-refundable (even if we find a person to take your place).
– In case of cancellation of your participation within 4 weeks of the start of the retreat, the teaching fee is non-refundable.

• In case, for whatever reason, you decide to leave during a retreat, you are not eligible for a refund.
• If WildTantra or Soul Valley changes or cancels a retreat, you will be informed by email before the scheduled event starts.
• If WildTantra or Soul Valley is forced to cancel a retreat due to force majeure, including measures taken by the government, WildTantra and Soul Valley will try to reschedule the retreat. If this is not possible, your payments will be refunded minus €50 administration costs.
• In case of cancellation by WildTantra or Soul Valley for other reasons, you will receive a 100% refund of the payments you made.
• In any case of change or cancellation, WildTantra and Soul Valley are not liable for any of the travel expenses you might have made or any other costs related to preparing for the event.
