Cancellation Policy for Retreats
We ask you to notify us as soon as possible if a booking is to be cancelled. Cancellations must be done in writing.
In case of cancellation more than 4 weeks before the start of the retreat, 50% of the retreat prepayment remains non-refundable.
If you cancel within 4 weeks before the start of the retreat, 100% of the retreat prepayment is non-refundable.
The year program pre-payment is 100% non-refundable.
In case of force majeure more than 2 weeks before the start of the retreat, the prepayment will be refunded minus €100 registration costs.
Force majeure leading to cancellation within 2 weeks before the start of the retreat will result in a refund minus €250 (this are costs we have to pay to the venue plus administration costs). In case you decide to leave the retreat, the retreat fee will not be refunded.
In case a retreat gets changed or cancelled by WildTantra, you will be informed by email before the scheduled workshop starts.

In case WildTantra is forced to cancel a retreat due to measures taken by the government, WildTantra will tries its best to reschedule the retreat. In case this is not possible, your pre-payments will be refunded minus €50 administration costs.
In case of cancellation for other reasons by WildTantra, you will receive a 100% refund of the prepayment or retreat fee.
In any case of change or cancellation, WildTantra is not liable for any of your travel expenses you might have made or any other costs related to preparing for the retreat.
